Systems & Technology

I design and optimize business systems using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to support collaboration, documentation, and operational visibility. I build Notion dashboards, SOP libraries, and internal wikis to streamline workflows. I implement and manage QuickBooks for AP/AR, vendor management, and financial reporting. I support HR operations through HRIS platforms such as ADP, Gusto, Paychex, and Zenefits. I also configure JIRA for ticketing, sprint workflows, and issue tracking, providing fractional systems support across the organization.

Marketing

I provide market research and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and positioning. I lead digital marketing execution across SEO, SEM, social media, and email, with a focus on measurable performance and ROI. I manage campaign planning, optimization, analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions and budget efficiency.

I oversee creative development, content strategy, and audience targeting across digital and print channels. I also manage media planning, buying, and budgets to streamline part-time operations. Through customer journey mapping and structured project management, I provide fractional support that drives alignment and results.

NonProfit Leadership Assistance

I support nonprofits by strengthening program workflows, service delivery processes, and outcome tracking to improve visibility and impact. This includes developing grant compliance structures, reporting workflows for funders, and volunteer coordination systems. I also streamline administrative and governance operations by organizing board documentation, updating policies, preparing audit materials, and managing donation and acknowledgment workflows.

On the people side, I build HR and volunteer onboarding systems, implement HRIS tools tailored to nonprofit needs, and create role clarity and communication processes that support staff alignment and culture. For finance, I support restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, program-level budgeting, QuickBooks categorization for grants, AP/AR processes, and reporting templates for funders and boards. I also implement and optimize systems across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, and JIRA to create structured documentation, grant SOPs, deliverable tracking, and dashboards for program and organizational reporting.
